Wow. Just…wow. You don’t mess around, do you? A week ago, we unveiled the Founders Access Pass — your chance to peek behind the curtain and help us change the game industry forever. And oh, man did you answer, to the tune of over four. Hundred. Thousand. Applications.
Just let that sink in for a second. It would take SIX football stadiums to fit all our Founder hopefuls. That’s more than the entire population of Anaheim, California. And we’re just getting started, baby.
When you propose something as crazy and ass-backwards as what we are doing at Midnight Society, there will always be naysayers. That’s just life and we aren’t the slightest bit deterred by it. Quite the opposite, in fact. Your support has emboldened our resolve.
Now comes the hard part — sorting through each one of your applications. Narrowing all these down to just 10,000 is going to be one of the toughest things we’ve ever done. Our Founders must be a diverse mix of casual and hardcore gamers, developers (both indie and AAA), content creators, and influencers (of all backgrounds) — each with their unique experiences, ideas, and vision, for how Project Moon should be made.
Our system will also help eliminate those who simply want to collect and flip the passes, or who just applied out of curiosity but don’t have a serious interest in the future of Midnight Society.
The last thing we want to do is develop inside of an echo chamber. We want — and need — people at the table to inspire new ideas, prioritize feature sets, point out when were going in the wrong direction and help guide us in the right direction.
So, hang tight while we give this mountain of applications a thorough review. Once that’s completed in a few weeks, emails will be sent to approved accounts with a link to purchase your Founders Access Pass. If you were pre-approved for an Air Drop, you’ll get an email at that time to redeem your pass at no cost.
